We're investigating an issue related to inbound (ingress) connections via our upstream link via Colt.
The issue results is slower than normal upload speeds to the servers.
Connections via our other uplink Fiberring are fine.
We'll update once we have more information.

We've identified the cause as cwnd collapse on the Colt route. A ticket has been raised with them to diagnose the cause and rectify the issue.

Colt are still working on a fix. In the meantime our upstream prepended to the Colt route at around 09:00 UTC this morning.
90% of ASNs are now choosing the Fiberring route. Monitoring is showing around 5% of traffic is still affected inbound.
We will keep the prepend until Colt are able to fix the issue.
